A property platform live in Cameroon, Gabon and Congo. Its value is trust: every advertiser goes through KYC identity verification, which removes the fraudulent listings that plague the sector. An analysis engine estimates rental yield, and a tenant portal centralises receipts, payments and maintenance requests. Available on the App Store, Google Play, web and desktop.
