The site does not create an account and does not sell data. Information is asked only when you write, through the form, email or WhatsApp.

The form contains only: name, email address, company (optional), type of work, a budget range and the message. Until the form is switched on, nothing is sent: the page points you to email or WhatsApp.

The host may keep technical logs (IP address, date, page, browser) for security. The language shown is your device’s language, and the theme follows the device too. Details are in the cookie policy.

The data is used to reply, prepare a quote, carry out a project and protect the site. The basis is your request (steps before a contract), the contract once it exists, and the legitimate interest in security.

Dylane Sopgui Nidjo reads the messages. Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site and processes the technical logs needed to serve it. When the form is switched on, Formspree, Inc. (United States) forwards the message to DylaneCodeur and nothing more. If you write on WhatsApp, that conversation follows WhatsApp’s terms (Meta).

Data is not sold to advertising networks.

A request that does not lead to work is kept for at most three years after the last exchange. A contract is kept for the project, then for as long as proof is required. Technical logs follow the host’s retention and stay limited to security.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and for portability when the applicable law provides it. Write to contact@dylanecodeur.com.

In France you may also contact the CNIL (cnil.fr). In Turkey the authority is the KVKK. In Cameroon, the competent data protection authority.

The site is not aimed at children. The minors page states this clearly.
